Real Talk for Parents - Lunch Hour
-Tuesdays: September 22, 29, October 6, 13, 20, 27, November 3, 10
-Pella Public Library Meeting Room
-12-1pm (timeframe is flexible-come and go as needed!)
-Free childcare at Second Reformed Church (please contact Allison at familiesfirst94@gmail.com to register-space limited)
-Free Subway lunch (sandwich, chips, cookie, water) for adults

We'll watch short videos from Dr. Becky Kennedy, best-selling author of the book, "Good Insde." After each video, we'll take time to discuss in small groups and together. Ask your questions! Learn some new ideas!
Lots of topics! Siblings, screens, anxiety, school, yelling, timeouts, confidence, and more!

We'll watch a video from "Parenting with Love and Logic," and learn 1-2 practical techniques to try right away!
